About our CEO & Founder
Rose Figueroa, PhD, CHFP
Dr. Rose Figueroa is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility consultant, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator with over a decade of experience. She brings a unique perspective as a Hispanic woman with a disability, leveraging her background in Industrial Engineering and Human Factors/Ergonomics. Dr. Figueroa has led philanthropic initiatives and mentored numerous students and professionals. Her work spans across startups, universities, Fortune 100 companies, and non-profits, and she has served on various boards and advisory councils.​​

​Dr. Figueroa is a Certified Human Factors Professional with a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico–Mayagüez and an MSE and Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor.
